Privacy notice

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This notice explains how PrescriberPath uses personal information collected through this website. The data controller is Aleph Health Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15152750, trading as PrescriberPath. Contact us about your data at hello@prescriberpath.com.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address
  • Whether you are a trainee, prescriber or organisation
  • Your exam sitting, profession, interests, organisation and number of learners, if you give them
  • Anything you write about the topics you want
  • If you have a practice account: your login details, your training site, the answers you give, your scores and mock results, and when you last used the service

We also keep the date you signed up and a record of the consent you gave.

Why we use it

  • To tell you when courses open and offer founding prices
  • To decide which modules to build first
  • To answer your questions
  • To run your practice account: mark your answers, choose your next questions and show your progress
  • If you joined through a training site, to show your Designated Supervisor a summary of your progress (questions answered, scores by topic, readiness ratings and mock results)

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Practice accounts

If you create a practice account, we keep your answers, scores and mock results while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and we may close accounts that have not been used for 12 months. Logging in sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. If you joined through a training site, you can ask us to remove the link to that site at any time.

Where it is kept and for how long

Your details are stored on our website host’s servers and in our business email. We keep waitlist details for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you log in, WordPress sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
