See the cardiology modules
  1. Hypertension. Diagnose hypertension with ABPM or home readings, choose and titrate treatment step by step, and monitor kidney function and potassium safely.
  2. Lipids. Assess cardiovascular risk, choose statin intensity, reach lipid targets and manage intolerance, interactions and add-on treatments.
  3. Atrial fibrillation and anticoagulation. Score stroke and bleeding risk, choose and dose an anticoagulant correctly, and manage rate control, missed doses and bleeding.
  4. After a heart attack or stent. Check secondary prevention after a heart attack or stent, plan antiplatelet duration, and avoid the errors that cause harm in the first year.
  5. Heart failure. Diagnose and classify heart failure, start and titrate the core medicines safely, and manage kidney function, potassium and sick days.
  6. Prescribing safely in cardiology. Safety checks for the highest-risk cardiovascular medicines: renal dosing, DOACs and warfarin, interactions, QT risk and escalation.
How modules work

Every module follows the same structure

1 Learn

Clear learning outcomes, then short teaching sections on the decisions that matter: thresholds, drug choice, doses, monitoring and when to refer.

2 Apply

Two or three worked cases, a 10-question quiz with explanations, and a one-page prescribing summary to keep.

3 Trust it

Written from current NICE, BNF, MHRA and GPhC sources, with dated references, and signed off by a practising clinician before release.
